This 650 square foot ground-up project tied into an existing building where people were working daily in a high security environment.

Simpson Gumpertz & Heger
After outgrowing their headquarters, SG&H leased 55,000 square feet of the former Raytheon plant - requiring a complete overhaul.

Landmark Four & BEA Systems
